The model 7563 is a steel deck, extreme duty scale for weighing highway trucks and some off-road vehicles. Our orthotropic design provides an extremely reliable product over the entire life of the product. Factory assembled modules allow for easy above-ground or pit installation, while the DigiTOL load cells transmit a powerful signal for accurate, reliable weights every time.

VTC100 Concrete Deck
Model VTC100 is a concrete deck truck scale that delivers proven performance at an affordable price. It combines a concrete driving surface with a robust orthotropic understructure. IND9R86 is typically sold with a METTLER TOLEDO 7260CIM rail scale and offers fully automated, unattended weighing of rail cars. The system includes a scale terminal, wheel detector interface for automatic detection of trains and train speed, an industrial PC and a variety of optional peripheral accessories. Weighing is often dual draft with each set of axles weighed individually and then summed. For unstable loads such as liquids, single draft weighing using two platforms is possible.
