The Birmingham-Toledo Retail Service Department takes great pride in offering quick, reliable service to you, our customers. Our technicians continually receive factory training to remain current on all new products. All service trucks are stocked with more than enough parts to enable the technicians to repair equipment on-site without being forced to make a return trip.  However; if a problem exists which will cause you to be "down" for an extended period of time for repairs, we have loaner equipment for you to use while repairs are made in our shop.  We offer scales and weighing systems, cash registers and automated systems, labeler systems, as well as food processing machines such as wrappers, slicers, and grinders. 

While we are authorized distributors for Mettler-Toledo, Digi, and TEC weighing equipment, wrapping equipment, and cash registers, we also offer preventative maintenance contracts and call service for repairs of all brands of food machines.  We would also like to offer you labels, film, saw blades, resharpened knives and plates for meat grinders, hamburger patty paper and almost anything else used in the food business.
